We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@noraportugal.com.

Returns are always accepted when the piece is in perfect condition, with its original packaging and no more than 15 days have passed since you received the order. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The refund will be made in the same way that the payment was made within 15 days of receiving the product. Returns must be sent to our address under the responsibility and responsibility of the buyer, attaching the receipt of purchase.

To justify your return, we recommend that you always keep the receipt of the courier service as proof of delivery of your packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, so the total value of returned items is refunded, except shipping costs.

However, if we sent you an item by mistake or defect, we guarantee a refund of your shipping costs.

Orders Returned

For order that benefit from Free Shipping when returned because they have not been received, the amount paid will be refunded EXEPT THE SHIPPING VALUE.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the case of articles with manufacturing defects, Nora Portugal will replace the article with a new one with the same characteristics.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
